Ruth is being interviewed by Stephen Legg for his TV program, 'Our Town, Evanston.' Stephen is a member of the Board of Directors of the Evanston Community television and a former commissioner for Evanston's cable network.

Ruth prepares for her appearance on the television program, 'Outlook.' Lynn Fotia, the hostess of the show, will be doing the interview.
Ruth has set up two very formal place settings in preparation for the interview. The first setting is for a multi-course banquet meal and the other is a duplication of the first class place setting that was depicted in the recent movie, 'Titanic'.
Ruth will be discussing the usage of each item in the place settings as well as giving a brief history of modern American dining etiquette.
